Meaty Spareribs rubbed in our A&W Signature combination of spices then smoked for hours to make these the most tender ribs you’ll ever have. We have 5 different rubs, so you choose how much heat or none at all. Our ribs are made to order so let your taste buds lead the way.
Hand Pulled Barbequed Pork ( Another A&W Specialty)
We smoke em for 12 hours then it’s hand pulled…we use a specially designed gourmet roll (Another A&W signature) made with a hint of onion, garlic, black pepper and thyme. Add one of our homemade sauces to finish it off perfectly and you now have the best Pork sandwich ever.
Beef Brisket
A Texas tradition, slow smoked for 14 hours. Sliced and trimmed for a very moist and flavorful treat.
Chicken
Barbequed, Fried, Roasted or Smoked. We carve them up whole, leg quarters, split breasts or just thighs.
Pig Roast
We roast whole pigs in the traditional southern way, we use only 50 to 80 pound pigs in order to ensure the meatiest and tender pork you have ever had.
