We cater small intimate parties (20 or more guests) up to larger events like weddings, graduations, community events, corporate outings and fund raisers. We can handle crowds upwards of 5,000 with no problem. All of our food is made from scratch, sauces, salads, everything. We use health conscious ingredients when taste is not compromised in everything we do. We also use the freshest, choice ingredients that can be found.

Our equipment is ‘state of the art’ with our new 30’ kitchen on wheels packed with everything we need to give you a first class gourmet spread. (Southern style of course). Our smoker is a commercial digitally controlled unit that allows us to prepare our offerings and keep them consistent every time. Cooking 700lbs at once allows us to stay ahead of the curve when catering large events. Another plus is we are totally self contained so we can be set-up far away from electric or water and still provide the best food you have ever had.  All of our equipment is new, clean and inspected by the health department to insure a safe and sanitary banquet.

Everything we do is first class including linen table cloths, stainless chafing dishes and a professional, neat staff to handle all needs of our customers. All of our staff are uniformed and trained in event management and food preparation.
