Low Country Boil
You may ask yourself- What the heck is a Low Country Boil? It’s a combination of shrimp, snow crab clusters or crayfish, sweet white corn, new red potatoes, smoked Andouille sausage, onions and a few other things boiled together lemons, bay leaves, couple of beers and a special mixture of A&W Signature seasonings.
Crawfish Boil
Just like they do in Louisiana only better!!!
Lobster Bake
Start with 1lb lobsters (chickens) clams, corn, onions and red potatoes, boiled with special spices to bring out the flavor of each ingredient.
Clam Bake
Just as it sounds, clams roasted to perfection!!!
Smoked Fish
We will smoke the freshest catch we can find, Mahi, snapper, grouper, salmon, swordfish or maybe a little shark. We use a combination of woods to provide the smoke as well as a special marinade and basting sauce to bring the flurry of flavors out of each delectable piece.
Fish Fry
Catfish, grouper, tuna chunks done up in a special batter and then deep fried to a golden crisp.
